We want you to be confident in OfficerTrack, sold by irtaza hassan. If you're not satisfied with a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all OfficerTrack orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or reply to the receipt email you received after checkout.
• Or contact us through the app or at support@officertrack.app and we'll help you with the request.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Once a refund is processed, access to paid features ends.

Subscriptions and free trials

Monthly and yearly plans start with a 30-day free trial — you are not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel any time before then from Settings → Billing without paying anything. After the trial, cancelling stops future renewals; the 30-day money-back guarantee above applies to charges within the refund window.
